Turned up to eleven: Fair and Balanced

Matt Welch has an interesting column on Working for Change about George Harrison, and the hypocrisy of his life(Harrison). That may be a little over the top, as he explains in his WarBlog, but is nonetheless accurate. He also finds himself agreeing with Jake Weisberg of Slate about the Ashcroft testimony not more than 2 or 3 days after tearing the aforementioned columnist a new cornchute (sp?). Politics makes the proverbial strange bedfellows? I suspect that the harsh words previously were a bit of (justified) righteous indignation, and the agreement is probably more common.
